A ONE-DAY WORKSHOP ON DWARF PLANETS WITH ALAN CLAY
FIVE NEW PLANETS: EMBRACING AUTHENTICITY, PLAYING WITH THE DIVINE AND DEALING WITH CRISIS THROUGH SOUL GROWTH AND SPIRITUAL FULFILLMENT
This one-day workshop with Alan Clay, the founder of Dwarf Planet University, explores the astrological meaning of five of the new planets: Ixion (seeker consciousness) Makemake (systems consciousness), Haumea (unity consciousness), Eris (diversity consciousness) and Sedna (soul consciousness).
All participants will receive a print-out of their birth chart with the dwarf planets so everyone can follow along. Once you have enrolled, email astrologyniagara@gmail.com with your birth time, place & date, to get your personal dwarf planet chart. Those who are happy for their chart to be interpreted as a live example will also have that opportunity, so let us know if you are happy to have your chart interpreted when you send your birth data.
Alan will also have copies of his book, New Stars for a New Era: A Consciousness Workbook for our 10 New Planets, available at cost price $25 CAD ($71 CAD in the shops). Embracing Authenticity – We are on a consciousness adventure as we embrace these new trans-Neptunian planets, and we start with Pluto’s lawless brother, Ixion, who encourages us to ask the question, “Are the rules we’re playing by the right ones?”
Ixion opens us to seeker consciousness, urging us to push the boundaries and ask for forgiveness afterwards, rather than permission before. This enables us to be authentically ourselves in our contact with the divine and to follow our bliss.
Playing with the Divine – Haumea and Makemake remind us that divine matters are best approached in a playful way, which removes the fear of failure in our consciousness adventure and enables us to trust in our spiritual path.
Haumea connects us to the psychic unity that exists across space and time, with the oneness of our existence. This enables us to feel the magic in each moment, and to rejuvenate our lives by connecting to Source.
Makemake is our new systems consciousness, giving us a worldview built from our experience, and a view of our place in that world. He is a spiritual trickster, allowing us to play with this understanding of the world with inventiveness and devotion.
Dealing with Crisis through Soul Growth and Spiritual Fulfilment – Eris and Sedna are the two planets furthest out, so they are the most spiritual, and they talk of the crises we might encounter which morph our inner-Neptunian consciousness.
Eris is where we learn to value everyone and everything, to accept the opposing point of view, and embrace our feminine power. At the highest level, she is a spirit-guide, transmuting life into love, and bringing sacred wisdom into our lives.
Sedna is where we align with our soul growth, transcend crisis, and embrace our spiritual destiny. This enables us to joyfully do what our soul wants to do, as we learn to allow love and harmony, and nurture abundance.
